How it works
- Submit your scarecrow entry with a display name and optional photo. No category or planter is chosen at signup.
- When your scarecrow is ready, meet a board member on Broadway and choose a planter (first ready, first choice). Category is assigned before voting.
- Vote once per household: pick a winner in each category plus one overall favorite.
- Consent is required to show your display name and photo in the public gallery and ballot.
